A little about me

I graduated as a chiropractor in 2001 and subsequently moved to the UK, where I spent more than two decades practising in and around London.

During that time, I worked across seven different chiropractic clinics, gaining experience in a variety of techniques, clinical approaches and practice environments. Working alongside different practitioners gave me the opportunity to continually learn, develop and refine my skills.

Those experiences also helped me recognise what I value most about being a chiropractor: working with patients, understanding their individual challenges and helping them work towards better health. For me, the greatest satisfaction has always come from making a meaningful difference to someone's life.

Having now settled in the Northern Rivers, I've established Fine Tune Chiropractic to create a practice that reflects those values, with integrity and trust at its heart.

My clinical approach draws on a range of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Gonstead and Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), alongside soft tissue therapies such as myofascial release and dry needling.

Outside of chiropractic, my passions are art, music, cooking and nature.
